Park River Estates Care Center has been family owned and operated since it’s
inception in 1976, providing the community with quality care in a homelike atmosphere.
Our goal is to work closely with families physicians and our professional staff to meet all
special health needs. We are a 99 bed, skilled nursing facility. Our size enables us to offer
quality personalized care.
The facility has 15 single private and 42 double rooms. Park River also has In-Patient
Occupational, Physical & Speech Therapy services. These programs are provided for
appropriate individuals to promote safety and independence.
Emotional, financial, psyc-social and spiritual needs are addressed by Social Services,
Administration, Therapeutic Recreation and the various visiting clergy. The building has a
patient wander system and fire protection system to afford that extra level of security to our
residents.
