New Brighton Care Center has been family-owned and operated since its inception in 1964, providing the community with quality care in a homelike atmosphere. Our goal is to work closely with the physicians and our professional staff to meet all special health needs. New Brighton Care Center has 44 skilled long-term care beds and 13 private transitional care rooms.
Our small size enables us to offer quality personalized care. Licensed nursing care is provided 24 hours a day with high nursing to staff ratio.

Long Term Care
New Brighton Care Center is dedicated to providing safe, clean, secure and respectful place to call home for those needing 24 hour nursing care. The fact we are a smaller campus allows for a more intimate experience for residents, families, and caregivers. We believe this environment supports a true sense of community!
Transitional Care
Families can rest assured knowing their loved ones receive compassionate, professional care during short-term stays or while recovering from a hospital visit. Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services help rehabilitate persons back to a point of health where they may return home. These programs are provided for appropriate individuals to promote safety and independence.
Comfortable, Safe Living Environment
Residents enjoy private, ground-level rooms equipped with radiant heating, air conditioning, and a constant air exchange system for year-round comfort.
24-Hour Skilled Nursing
Our licensed nursing staff provides round-the-clock medical support, including medication management, first aid, and emergency oxygen services.
Rehabilitation & Therapy Services
We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy designed to help residents regain strength, independence, and confidence after illness, surgery, or injury.
Specialized Dietary Services
Our kitchen staff prepares nutritious, delicious meals with attention to individual dietary needs and physician-directed special diets.
