Before completing the application for employment at New Brighton Care Center, review the following information that will be requested of you. To ensure the hiring process moves quickly, have all required documentation before submitting your application. The supervisor for the position you are applying for will review your application. At that time, the supervisor will decide if they want you to come in for an interview. Not all applicants are interviewed. If you are scheduled for an interview, the supervisor may extend a job offer to you during that meeting. Any positions requiring current licensing, Registered Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, Social Services, etc., will need to be presented during your interview. If you accept the job offer, the following will occur.

Federal law requires all employers to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all persons hired to work in the United States. This employer participates in E-Verify. Minnesota Department of Human Services requires New Brighton Care Center to conduct a criminal background study. You will be asked to read the background study privacy notice and then complete the background study form. You will need a current Minnesota state driver's license or Minnesota state ID card for this form. The yellow receipt for license renewal is not accepted.
